The overall purpose of Women’s department at JCC Agape Chavakali is to raise up Godly women who will glorify Christ in all areas of their lives, at the same time helping them to fulfill the Great Commission. By encouraging, training, and challenging women to minister to each other and the church as God has gifted them to do so, the Women’s Ministry provide a biblically sound avenue for achieving this overall purpose.
Our mission is to develop an effective, dynamic, and growing army of youth effectually living the Christian life as they walk with their Lord Jesus Christ.We provide a space for young people to explore and deepen their faith in a way that is relevant and relatable to their stage of life. This may include youth-focused worship services, Bible studies, discussions, and retreats.
This ministry provides a space for couples to deepen their faith together, through Bible studies, prayer meetings, and couples-focused worship services, the ministry helps couples strengthen their spiritual bond and grow in their relationship with God as a unit.The couples ministry offers resources, workshops, and counseling services aimed at enhancing marital satisfaction and communication skills. It equips couples with tools and strategies to navigate challenges, resolve conflicts, and cultivate intimacy in their relationship.
JCC Agape Chavakali was born out of outreach and outreach continues to be part of the church. Every year in conjunction with other Agape Fellowship Centre Ministry churches, JCC Agape Chavakali participates in planting churches every year in remote places. In partnership with Foundation for Hope and Jesus Harversters Ministry we offer medical camp treatment and access to clean water as a way to meet both spiritual and health needs of the communities in Kenya and beyond.The church has also embarked on spreading the good news in the prison. This is in a bid to ensure that even the prisoners get to hear the Good News.
Woman Weep Not Ministry is an interdenominational ministry to women founded by Bishop Mellen Achanga, with a vision of raising up powerful women of integrity and victorious in the society from all sorts of life through the word and grace of God. The vision focuses to seeing the lost woman saved, destitute lifted up, widow living a fulfilled life and single maximizing on her single life. The vision of this ministry is founded on Luke 7:13 When the Lord saw her, His heart went out to her and He said. “Woman weep not”.
