The Sinner's Prayer

Baptism is a public declaration of your faith in Jesus. We practise baptism by full immersion, following the pattern of the early church, as an outward sign of an inward change — burial of the old life and resurrection into the new life in Christ.

Baptism is a key step for every follower of Jesus, so we ask new members either to have already been baptised as a believer, or to plan to be baptised with us. If you have questions, our pastoral team would love to chat.

If you were baptised as a believer in another church — by immersion, as a profession of personal faith — we honour that. If you were baptised as an infant, we'd encourage you to consider believer's baptism as a first-person step of your own faith.

We'll help you discover your gifts, passions and season of life, then match you with a team that fits. Most people start by trying one or two teams to see where they come alive — visit our Serve page or talk to a leader on Sunday.
